During routine software maintenance on Sunday, an issue developed that prevents our online banking customers from seeing their recent account transactions.
This is a temporary issue that affects only the viewability of account transactions since October 19 via online banking and mobile banking.
Current balances and available balances for all accounts are correct, up-to-date and remain viewable.
No other banking services are affected.
We’re working with our service provider to fix this problem. We expect everything will be back to normal later today.
