Effective January 14, 2020, customers using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) will no longer be able to access our Online Banking system with that browser.

Here’s why:

We are committed to providing a superior online banking experience.  That experience is more secure when we adhere to the latest web standards and utilize the best security practices.

Microsoft is ending their extended support and security updates for Internet Explorer 11. This means that IE11 is becoming less secure and less dependable. That is why we must end our support of that browser.

The result of this action by Microsoft means that IE11 users must switch or upgrade their browser by January 14, 2020 in order to access our Online Banking.

These supported browsers will provide better security and a better online banking experience:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome (recommended) Version 30 and above
  • Firefox, Version 24 and above
  • Safari, Version 6 and above
